I enjoyed this chapter. You captured and expressed the mixed emotions and confusion of both Bakura and Atemu quite well. 8-) It came as a surprise that Dartz was the one who initially broke Bakura's heart, causing him to build a wall around said heart.

The character of Seto got his long overdue dressing down by Atemu. My hope is that it at least clears out some of the confusion in Atemu's mind about his feelings for Bakura. Who knows, maybe it could be a stepping stone on the way to Bakura.

Im sorry to hear about your husband, he sounds like a total ass. Good thing we live in times where divorce is legel huh? And I love your story by the way.
