The outfit? Well, when my father brought home one for my siblings, upon the outter wraping would always state "Garb" only, course, many have named it a 'kilt'. However, personally, when you say 'kilt', I'm thinking Irish....Bah, just garb though is most through the mideastern, upper africa outterware. From what I understand (doesn't listen in history).
