Well, Seto & Jou ALMOST made it, didn't they? While I was reading this part, I was thinking "Oh, yes!", followed shortly by "Oh, no!" I could not think where it might lead, & my mind even conjoured up the vision of the elevator starting up again, arriving at the bottom & the doors opening to reveal the pair of them, unconcious on the floor, & it had all been some sort of surreal, shared dream! A great fic, so far, though. Keep up the good work! Oh, & one more thing... not that I'm complaining or anything, not at all, but how come that Ryou is always seme? I would not have thought that Bakura would be so wiilingly uke all the time! But, then, I would never have known that he & Marik could be so romantic & mushy with their Lights. Yami, yes. He's usually romantic & mushy with Yugi, but it was nice for Ryou & Malik to be on the receiving end of some soppiness this time!
