Well, the way I see it is that she can take it either. I am a male, and let me tell you that yes, we do get bitchy, and who doesn’t, right? However, what you call “constructive criticism” it is not what it really is. I do believe that a review should be more than just: “I love this write more!” but you also have to separate moronic flames from constructive criticism. Moreover, yes, all Griffter said was the he hated the fic, but an MST is not just about grammar. As you said yourself Dchan, you make fun of the author too, not just correct the incorrect spelling and grammar; you also make mistakes, I have seen many correct them in your own MST.
Not all of us have guts to write an MST, and the simple reason is that “we” are not perfect either. However, Oneida’s comments are not always as “constructive” as she claims. Constructive means: positive, helpful, productive, useful, beneficial, and practical. Not simply state that an author sucks. In addition, if she wants a “mature” conversation, then why herself does not contact the person via e-mail too. Apparently, she cannot take it either. I am not saying that she is not a good writer, but I am saying that she is a lousy critic. Moreover, I have had my share; and I appreciated that she contact me, and we had a “talk”, although, she never wrote back.
And kiss you ass dear, is that really the best you can do? Moreover, how did you create your language, when was someone permitted to do that? Oh wait, I forgot, you live in your own little world!

You go Griffter! I hate this writer and D-chan you’re a little jabbering Bitch yourself of course you’d defend the wining little Bitch. Have you red some of Oneida’s comments or should I ‘ constructive criticism’ telling people they suck? Some are just uncivilized. If I’m correct D-chan didn’t you MST a fic by the simple reason the author didn’t take her ‘ constructive criticism’ very well by posting it in her info? Oneida had done the same thing as that author. I agree with Blake and Kari and the rest of you that supports Griffter. This wining little Bitch more then deserves this. We lose great writers over people like her everyday that I will leave nameless. I rather deal with some grammar errors once and awhile but with excellent plot, then this ridiculousness this writer calls fics.

Well, it seems that neither you can take a “joke”, can’t you, Oneida? You just spend half a page saying how immature we are, and let me say that for you to say: “kiss my ass” is not mature, but than again you have the tendency of tripping over your words, no, wait, lets rephrase that: you don’t trip, you are falling and you can’t get up! I certainly agree with Blake and Pandora; that you Dchan MST-ed an authoress just by the simple reason that she didn’t take your constructive criticism; it seems that you of all people should know that “we” the reader do look for quality in a fic., but not plot less dribble, that is basically all sex. She should take the time to say that it is a PWP not a one-shot, and she calls Griffter lazy. And yes, the reviews are to not only say praising shit, but also to H E L P the writer improve, not make them feel like shit! However, you appear to think that the ones she flames [because you don’t call that constructive,] cannot take it, and here she is telling us to kiss her ass--let me take a moment to finish laughing my ass off!
I do think that fics are not meant to be perfect, because who is? Nevertheless, it is not all about grammar or spelling, but the content and time spent on the story; you of all people should know that Dchan. And all Griffter did was mocked the story, and made it enjoyable, like you do with your MST; I don’t recall hiyingying nothing about grammar or spelling, but then again, I might be the only one that noticed that. In addition, excuse me if I laughed at this but “well-intentioned reviewer”, since when is “you suck”, well intentioned? Furthermore, she bashes males now?! Then involves Christ…won’t you stop! Narrow-mined…hmm…maybe, you should have a BIG glass of water close, because you are going to choke on of these words.

I found this particular MST to be quite unamusing. 80% of the comments just seem to say that the fic sucks. [Yeah, I know I do MSTs, too. I've got 6 of the bloody things posted, but it is GLARINGLY obvious w/in the 1st paragraph of the original fics why I MSTed it.]
Granted, many people don't like PWPs, and the whole killing Katsuya thing needs work/development/something, but I see no point in bashing a fic simply because it is a PWP. Sometimes we just want to read a little pointless smut. *shrugs*
And as to Oneida's being a 'bitch,' I have seen several of her reviews, and it seems to me that a lot of people get up in arms over reviews that do consist of excessive praise and hyper fangirl squeals. Whenever someone leaves a bit of constructive criticism or is otherwise brutally honest about mistakes an author has in his/her fic [OOC-ness, Mary Sue/Gary Stu, spelling, grammar, formatting, etc...], the author, more often than not, gets defensive, claims that they have been 'flamed,' and bashes the well-intentioned reviewer in their next chapter. I agree with much of what Oneida has had to say in response to several fics, and this MST, rather than being an MST written in respono a o a true badfic, comes across as pointless author bashing because you and a few other just don't like to hear what she has to say about others' fics.

Right.... what a thing to wake up to.. I thought this was a MST man, C'mon Griffter, you can do better than that. Your jabs were pretty weak man. I've been MSTED before (Props to Alswaiter, you go elfboy!) and I've also seen some pretty bad ones, I'm going to have to count this one among them. Plus, don't MSrs urs usually ASK before they MST someone? Or, you know, use a sense of humor?
As for your little additions: Congratulations, bloodtastic is not a word. Who on the internet has never used a little artistic license with the English language? You liar, I did not have your name up before, I put Gimpy because I felt it fit you. Males can be bitches too, it just takes a certain kind. That thing with Setobelongstojoey is over man.. get over it. That part with the drink is called setup man, Seto knows he's going to kill Jou, but Jou doesn't have a clue. I consconsidered 'each other' to 'the two of them' but felt 'each other' was too clunky to use. Then you didn't even take the time to go through it all, lazy ass. About the scholarship, I probably should have been more precise, it was a fund up up for other students to use to go to school and put in Jonouchis' name, it like a memorial thing, but I guess that went over some peoples heads. bad.bad.

As for what I put in my profile.. males can be bitches too. But in all honesty you're wasting the sites space here. If you MST every one of my fics (and continue with this sub par work) you'll only be clogging up the site. So I write nothing but sex fics.. who cares? I'm depraved okay? Christ man..
I would like to thank Dchan for seeing my side of things.. nice to know that not everyone on this site is so narrow-minded that they can’t see comments for what they are.

Lets start from the begging. I do agree that this writer has NO PLOT whatsoever in her/his stories; and from what I have read in your MST was was the most hilarious thing ever! I mean, almost no one has the guts to make fun of an author; I praise to you Griffter [bows to you] I should MST a fic of her/his, huh? And you are from Austria? That is cool; I want to go there, though I live in the Netherlands. A great MST, hope to see more!

I'm laughing my fucking ass off... What a coincidence that Jou dies the moment after the sex ended.... And you're right... Seto took the time to set up a scholarship fund in Jou's name... but killed his beloved pup anyway. This was worse than having no plot... No plot means it's a PWP.... but this is like a PWP on acid.... It's pointless dribble.... a sex scene attempting to be dark. See what happens? We just lost two of the best dark authors and now we have to settle for this crap. Griffter... u've done good.... This MST was priceless.....
