^^ this was a good story. I'm sad for what happened to Yuugi, of course, but it was still a good story. Fairly well written, the time flow was smooth and the characters were in character. Good stuff! My favorite parts have to be the turtle reference (it made me laugh, while also being very true), Seto helping Yuugi (that was very real. It made sense that it also happened to him.), and the title. When I saw the title "House Of Cards", it instantly intrigued me even before I read the summary. I know it sounds weird, but i swear it's true. So yeah. Well, to make a long story short (too late), I liked it. It was a very enjoyable story. Thanks for sharing it!

... wow. Poor Yugi. You've woven a good story so far. As much as I wish I didn't have to say this (merely because I wish life wasn't like this), you did a good job with the attitude of those bastards. You made them as scary in your fiction as they are in real life. As hard as it's been to read some of this (I can imagine what it was like to write it), I want to see how it ends.

Great story!! I loved the way you wrote the story...You didn't trivialize the situation, a mistake a lot of writers make. I also liked how you didn't have Yugi recover in a flash....Rape is a very serious crime, and it's also a very serious trauma. It taa wha whole lifetimerecorecover from it, and my support and prayers go out to all those who have been victims.
There is nothing worse than prejudice that uses religion as a cover. No matter a person's sexual orientation, no one has the right to hurt another because of it. Whatever they do is none of anyone's business, and it is not up to anyone to sit in judgement against them. Like Jesus said "Let him without sin be the one to cast the first stone." I hope those privates get what theservserve...In any case, keep up the good work-you've managed to drum up a lot of emotion, which is what a goodter ter does....

Why'd it have to be the army, damnit, the only ones that rape and beat womyn that I know of are in Camp Cambell, or something like that, and a few others. My dad is in the Army, and we aren't all bad... :'(

One thing: if you're going to have the perps be US servicemen, be aware that they would NOT be tried in a civilian court (overseas), but by the military, regardless of the crime.
