Funny as all heck. I enjoyed it. However, is there a way you can further separate out your comments from the story itself? The brackets off and on in the middle of things can be a bit muddled. I don't know if you're allowed to use bold tags or whatnot on this site, so I won't suggest anything. (I'm so helpful, eh?)

Actually, I love HeeroxDuo pairings. And DuoxHeero, and TrowaxQuatre, and just about any other GW pairing as long as Relena isn't involved. Unless she's in the fic for the express purpose of being killed, then it's okay. That lemon was just so horribly done it was ridiculous.
